Lovely welcoming hotel with a good hot breakfast selection. Great-sized room and clean bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. Patient staff throughout. The most important - good location by the lounge area.

Convenient base for exploring Edmonton. Clean hotel with ATTENTIVE staff and savoury breakfasts. Lots of great food. Excellent value and lovely welcoming place and magnificent location short walk to Galaxyland and the waterpark, Edmonton for a medical procedure that got cancelled, and the mall and other locations. Also, to eat in surrounding area.

It was close to the mall which was the main reason why we visited Edmonton. It's a clean quiet hotel with polite easy to talk to employees. We dinned at the on sight resteraunt several times too, good food with quick service.
Only problem we had was the key cards kept not working, we had to go to the front desk to re-program them several times. Other than that we had a great stay.

Your meals are excellent value and your staff were very pleasant, all of them!
We had an attempt to siphon the gas from our vehicle the last night of our stay. They did not get much because of the way it is set up but it was an inconvenience to have messages about a gas cap flashing at you and your gas almost all gone. We know it is not the hotel's fault but it was the only negative thing that happened.

The hotel room beds were wonderful, and the sound proofing was excellent. Had a wonderful sleep.
However!!!!! When we awoke in the morning we found the bathroom sink nearly in overflow. It had backed up in the night, because there was no dripping from the tap. As a result my husband and I had to brush our teeth in the shower. When I mentioned this to the front desk at checkout, as we were leaving that morning, she did not make any attempt to compensate us. We have had other incidents, (such as a noisy room) at another Edmonton Hotel, and they immediately offered us a voucher for a free night of our choice. I was thinking of staying at your hotel again, but after the lack of service from the front desk on this point I was not feeling my business was worth your hotel's time.
